The global printing-power-house have their own apps, printers, software and label makers (and more) for commercial and private customers to support their line of printers. The electronics manufacturer needed a series of videos explaining both the functionality of the printers, as well as giving their broad customer base clear instructions for office and home functionality with their label makers, support software and apps.

WHAT WE DID FOR THEM?
Working closely with Brother’s Head of Content and Gap PR, Redscope filmed and edited the “How To” series, including an animation video. Through-out the pre-production process, Redscope helped edit scripts and gave Brother creative direction to help the products be shown in the most effective way on camera. With our team of editors, each video received unlimited rounds of revision with many tiers of stakeholder feedback.
